What This Consultation Is

This 30-minute consultation is an initial conversation designed to understand what brings you to Royal Court Solutions and determine how we may be able to support you.

We’ll discuss the challenge, opportunity, or goal you are navigating, the context surrounding it, and what type of support may be most appropriate.

You do not need to have the solution figured out before the call. Come prepared to share what is happening, what you would like to improve, and any important context that will help us understand your needs.

What We’ll Explore Together

Depending on your needs, we may discuss:

• The challenge, opportunity, or outcome you are seeking to address

• Behavioral, communication, engagement, leadership, or implementation concerns

• Organizational or program context affecting the situation

• Previous approaches and what may still be getting in the way

• The type and level of support that may be appropriate

• Whether Royal Court Solutions, Coach Clarice Corinn, or another resource within the RCS ecosystem is the best fit

• Appropriate next steps if there is alignment

The purpose is not to solve an entire challenge in 30 minutes. It is to develop enough understanding to determine what should happen next.

RCS does not begin with a predetermined solution. The first step is understanding enough of the situation to determine what kind of support makes sense.

If We Determine There Is Alignment

If Royal Court Solutions appears to be a good fit, the next step will depend on the nature and scope of the engagement.

That may include a more detailed discovery or assessment process, a proposed consulting engagement, facilitation or training, implementation support, strategic coaching, a partnership conversation, or referral to another appropriate RCS pathway.
