About Royal Court Solutions
Mission
Royal Court Solutions helps organizations understand and address the behavioral, organizational, and systemic factors that affect how people communicate, engage, lead, coordinate, and follow through.
Our mission is to translate behavioral insight into practical strategy—helping organizations strengthen people and systems, improve implementation, and create sustainable, measurable progress.
Behavioral Strategy Built for Real-World Organizations
Vision
We envision organizations where people, systems, and strategy work together—where leaders communicate effectively, workforces are equipped to respond to complexity, participants remain meaningfully engaged, and strong ideas become sustainable action.
Royal Court Solutions seeks to advance a future in which behavioral insight is integrated into how organizations lead, design programs, implement strategy, and measure progress.
Royal Court Solutions was built on a simple observation: organizational challenges are rarely just about policies, programs, or procedures. People and behavior are part of every system.
Founder Coach Clarice Corinn, M.Psy., created RCS to bridge the gap between understanding human behavior and improving how organizations actually function. Her work brings together psychology, behavioral strategy, emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and practical implementation to examine not only what is happening within an organization, but why—and what can realistically be done about it.
That perspective shapes RCS today: understand the people, understand the system, identify what is getting in the way, and develop strategies that organizations can actually implement.
The goal is not change for the sake of change. It is stronger organizations, more effective systems, and meaningful progress that can be sustained.
Founder's Mission
Core Values
Royal Court Solutions is guided by principles that shape how we understand problems, work with organizations, and support sustainable progress.
Clarity – We seek to understand what is actually happening before determining what should happen next.
Behavioral Insight — We recognize that behavior, communication, decision-making, and human dynamics influence how every organization and system functions.
Structure – We create practical frameworks, processes, and strategies that turn complexity into coordinated action.
Accountability — We support clear expectations, meaningful follow-through, and shared responsibility for implementation and results.
Dignity — We approach people, organizations, and communities with respect, cultural awareness, and an understanding that effective systems should support—not diminish—the people within them.
Sustainable Impact — We focus on more than temporary fixes, designing strategies and strengthening systems so progress can continue after the immediate engagement ends.
The Royal Court Difference
Royal Court Solutions works at the intersection of people, behavior, organizations, systems, and implementation. We recognize that organizational challenges rarely exist in isolation. A communication problem may also involve unclear roles. An engagement problem may reveal barriers in program design. An implementation problem may involve leadership, workforce capacity, competing priorities, or the way people experience the system itself.
Rather than applying a predetermined solution, RCS works to understand the conditions surrounding the challenge, identify contributing behavioral and organizational factors, and develop strategies that fit the organization, its people, and its environment.
Our approach integrates psychology, behavioral strategy, emotional intelligence, systems thinking, culturally informed practice, and structured implementation. Depending on the need, that may involve consulting, facilitation, leadership or workforce development, assessment, coaching, framework development, implementation support, or a combination of approaches.
The difference is not simply what RCS delivers. It is how we connect human behavior with organizational strategy so practical solutions can become sustainable action.
The Royal Court Solutions Ecosystem
Royal Court Solutions operates through three connected but distinct components. Each serves a different function while contributing to a shared foundation of behavioral insight, practical strategy, and sustainable development.
Royal Court Solutions LLC (RCS) — The consulting and organizational strategy firm. RCS works with organizations, leaders, programs, and collaborative systems through behavioral strategy, organizational development, consulting, facilitation, leadership and workforce development, implementation support, frameworks, and, when appropriate, strategic coaching.
Confident & Connected Academy (CCA) — The education and scalable learning arm. CCA houses courses, assessments, workbooks, digital resources, and learning tools that make behavioral and professional development accessible beyond live consulting and facilitation.
Coach Clarice Corinn (CCC) — The founder and expert brand of Clarice Corinn, M.Psy., representing her speaking, facilitation, thought leadership, leadership presence, and high-touch coaching work. Her background in psychology, behavioral strategy, emotional intelligence, education, leadership, and organizational systems informs the broader RCS approach.
Together, the ecosystem allows RCS to move across strategy, human development, implementation, and education without requiring that every need be addressed by the same type of service.
Where Psychology Meets Strategy
Clarice Corinn, M.Psy., is the Founder and Behavioral Strategy Consultant behind Royal Court Solutions. Her work integrates psychology, behavioral strategy, emotional intelligence, systems thinking, leadership, and practical implementation to help organizations better understand the human factors influencing organizational performance.
Her professional background spans education, healthcare, pharmaceutical operations, leadership, behavioral support, and organizational consulting, giving her experience across environments where people, processes, communication, and systems must work together.
Rather than separating human behavior from organizational strategy, Clarice examines how the two interact. Her work focuses on identifying behavioral and systemic barriers, strengthening communication and engagement, developing practical frameworks and strategies, and helping organizations move from ideas and recommendations into sustainable implementation.

How I Approach Work
Clarice brings a style that is strategic, structured, culturally informed, collaborative, and practical. Complex behavioral and organizational concepts are translated into language and strategies leaders, teams, and participants can actually use.
Her approach begins with understanding rather than assumption. That means examining the people, environment, systems, expectations, and behavioral dynamics surrounding a challenge before recommending a solution.
Whether facilitating a leadership conversation, developing an organizational framework, supporting implementation, coaching a leader or participant, or helping partners coordinate across systems, the objective remains the same:
Create enough clarity to understand the problem, enough structure to act on it, and enough support to sustain progress.
Professional & Community Involvement
Clarice's professional and community involvement extends her perspective beyond consulting engagements and keeps her connected to the organizations, professionals, and communities affected by the systems RCS works to strengthen.
