About Royal Court Solutions

Strengthening families, expanding opportunity, and transforming lives through clarity, structure, and purpose.

Mission

Royal Court Solutions exists to help individuals and organizations build the clarity, structure, and direction they need to break harmful patterns and create meaningful, sustainable change. Our mission is to provide trauma-informed, culturally aware support that helps people strengthen decision-making, build personal leadership, and move from surviving to building lives with purpose.

About RCS (Parent Brand)

Vision

We envision communities where families are stable, empowered, and able to thrive because they have the tools and support to navigate challenges with confidence. Royal Court Solutions works to create a future where personal agency is accessible to everyone, regardless of background or starting point.

Royal Court Solutions was built on a simple belief: when people understand themselves, they can change their lives.

Our founder, Coach Clarice Corinn, created RCS to blend psychology, behavior science, and mindset coaching into practical support that meets people where they are — especially those who have experienced stress, instability, or generational patterns that keep them stuck.

RCS exists because real-life change requires more than information. It requires structure, compassion, and tools that make growth feel achievable in everyday life.

Founder's Mission

Core Values

Royal Court Solutions is guided by values that support healing, growth, and personal leadership:

Clarity – Helping people understand their patterns, emotions, and decision-making.

Structure – Providing frameworks that reduce overwhelm and bring stability to daily life.

Direction – Guiding individuals and organizations toward practical next steps and long-term goals.

Dignity – Ensuring all support is respectful, culturally aware, and rooted in care.

Community Impact – Strengthening families and communities by empowering the people within them.

The Royal Court Difference

Royal Court Solutions is different because we don’t teach theory that people can’t use. We focus on real-life support that makes sense in everyday situations — especially for people carrying stress, navigating transition, or trying to break patterns that feel hard to change.

Our approach blends psychology, behavioral science, and mindset work into simple, clear, and easy-to-apply tools. Everything we offer is trauma-informed, culturally aware, and created for people who need support that feels safe, practical, and doable.

Whether you’re an individual seeking stability or an organization supporting families and communities, our work is designed to help people gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful next steps. It’s coaching that feels human, not clinical. Structured, not rigid. And effective because it was built with real people and real challenges in mind.

How Royal Court Solutions Supports You

Royal Court Solutions operates through a three-part ecosystem designed to support people at every stage of their growth:

Royal Court Solutions (Parent Brand) – Provides coaching, consulting, workshops, and organizational partnerships focused on personal and community stability.

Confident & Connected Academy – Offers self-paced courses, journals, and digital tools for individuals who prefer independent learning or need affordable support.

Coach Clarice Corinn, MPsy – The practitioner-scholar, mindset coach, and founder whose expertise guides the entire ecosystem. Her background in psychology, behavior, community work, and leadership shapes every program and service offered through RCS.

Together, these components create a structured pathway that helps people build self-awareness, develop emotional steadiness, and take meaningful steps toward a more stable, purpose-driven life.

Who I Am & Why I Do This Work

My work didn’t start in a classroom or a boardroom — it started in my real life. I became a mother at 15 and grew up fast, learning how to navigate responsibility, pressure, and identity all at once. Every chapter of my life has taught me something about resilience, clarity, and the quiet strength people find when they feel supported rather than judged.

Over the years, I learned to rise above situations that could have broken me — balancing school and motherhood, stepping into leadership roles, and building careers in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, customer service, education, and policy. I’ve lived in survival mode, worked my way out of it, and then spent my adult life understanding why people get stuck and how they actually grow.

That’s why I do this work.

Because I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, unseen, or unsure of what to do next — and I also know the power of clarity, choice, and support. Royal Court Solutions was born from that truth.

About Clarice Corinn

The Expertise Behind My Work

I pair real-world experience with advanced training so the people I serve receive support that is both grounded and evidence-aligned.

Education & Training:

  • Master of Psychology (MPsy)

  • Certified Life Coach

  • Certified NLP Practitioner

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) certification (in progress)

  • Background across psychology, behavioral science, leadership, and mindset development

Professional Experience:

I’ve held roles in healthcare, education, pharmaceuticals, policy, customer service, and team leadership — all of which shaped how I understand people, systems, behavior, and change.

My expertise is not just academic — it’s lived, learned, applied, and tested.

My coaching and consulting style is warm, structured, honest, and human.

I don’t believe in overwhelming people with jargon or theory they can’t use.

Instead, I:

  • meet people where they are

  • teach tools that make sense in real life

  • support growth without shame

  • help clients build self-awareness, stability, and confidence

  • guide organizations with clarity, strategy, and empathy

  • create safe learning spaces where people feel seen and respected

Whether I am coaching an individual through a life transition or training a room full of community leaders, my commitment is the same:

clarity, compassion, and practical tools that create real change.

How I Show Up for the People I Serve

My Work Beyond the Office

Service and community impact are core to who I am.

I serve as a:

  • Council Member, Birth to Five Illinois (Region 4)

  • Committee Partner, Program Coordinators Committee (PCC) with Winnebago County Housing Authority

  • Youth Mentor (Volunteer) with United Way of Rock River Valley

  • Member of Psi Chi, NSLS, and the American Psychological Association (APA)

My work extends into the community because people don’t just need programs — they need support, structure, and someone who believes in their ability to grow.

The Story Behind My Mission

I created Royal Court Solutions because I saw a gap between what people need and what traditional services offer. Many individuals and families are fighting battles they never learned to name — cycles, patterns, stress, fear, confusion, survival mode. I lived it. I worked in it. I led in it.

And I realized something important:

People don’t need perfection — they need clarity, compassion, structure, and someone who truly understands.

My mission is to help individuals and communities:

  • break patterns

  • build confidence

  • strengthen decision-making

  • connect to their identity

  • and create lives that feel purposeful, not chaotic

Everything I create is rooted in that purpose — expanding stability, strengthening self-leadership, and helping people rise with intention instead of survival.
